A Factory Farm is a mass production farm with tons of animals and little space. It is made to cater to cheaper expense rather than necessities and basic rights of the animals. The animals are feed antibiotics and pesticides. Most have intense physical and mental stress caused by the little amount of space and the disgustingness of the small space provided. Animals are mass reproduced and stored in factories. They are feed then slaughtered when needed for meat. Even though the conditions of the Farms are far from okay, Factory Farms are very important, they provid the world with the majority of its meat. Not only do the provide an ungodly amount of meat, but , they also provide thousands maybe even millions of jobs. With factory farms, we also know where our meat is coming from and we can be almost guaranteed that these animals will not contract any dieses they can then give to the general population because of the isolation they are in. Unless a foreign animal (raised in the wild or from another place) is added these animals will not have any outside world contact, so they are a lot safer.
